“Collectivism” VS Group-consciousness

From herd mentality to individualism, and from individualism to Group-consciousness: an expression of the evolution of awareness.

Group-consciousness is NOT the same thing as "collectivism", which implies inter-DEPENDENCE, submission to consensus, and compromise. It also has nothing to do with the “communism” or “socialism” as expressed in the last century. Group-consciousness instead implies INCLUSIVENESS: coming from the heart, or the Christ principle.

The Law of Light and Reflection reveals that what we see in others is a reflection of ourselves. By transmuting our shortcomings into the gifts of power that they are, we begin to change what we see reflecting back at us in the world around us. By uplifting ourselves in this way, we uplift those around us. In this respect, our shortcomings are our tickets to freedom and our passage to power.

As each FULLY INDIVIDUALIZED, INDEPENDENT unit of the Group begins to work at uplifting themselves, the Group begins to generate synergy. This is what awaits humanity if we move past the development and IDENTIFICATION WITH the separative rational mind, which has been the hallmark and essence of the Piscean age, to coming instead from the heart. This does not mean that we LOSE the rational mind, but that we take it WITH us into the unknown.

To say that there IS no ultimate separation between us is a truth if we come from the perspective of Self. This does NOT imply that there is no DIFFERENCE between us. It does not imply that we are not all FREE and utterly unique, each with our own PERSPECTIVES and our own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual equipment. But it IS to imply that when you win, I win. It IS to imply that when you lose, we ALL lose.

The evolution which progressed from the herd (or hive) mentality into individualism (or lone-wolf mentality) was totally necessary! What good is it to be an automaton? But humanity has now reached adulthood, and synergy is part of our destiny. It is time to bring in a world NOT run by bankers and sorcerers who prefer to indulge in their own limited, self-centered goals,... but rather a dynamic new world of synergetic Group-consciousness!

In closing, I’d like to draw attention to the fact that there was an outpouring of energy which impacted a Group who were around those referred to as the Disciples in the area of Palestine some 2000 years ago. In relation to this, I'd like to put this passage from the King James biblical cannon on the table to ponder upon.

Acts 4:31 – 4:32

“And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness. And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.”

I would also like to share this video as a point of departure, contemplation, and inspiration.

NOTE: As always, I do not necessarily agree (or disagree) with every aspect of a particular video. Also, as a point of interest, the painting shown above is called "Death of Saphira, Wife of Ananias"

very well written. And I'm currently grapling with this very subject. I'm finding it a slippery slope: new ageism or God's Truth?- universalism vs. Christianity. Something in me is clinging in fear... and that's never good. Oh and btw: there are 3 people on digg whom when I receive a shout from, I go there immediately. You're one of them.
